1. Scope
This policy covers refunds for paid IN-KluSo subscriptions billed by Inkluso LLC through Stripe — specifically the Flex ($1.99/mo or $19.99/yr), Member ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr), and Insider ($7.99/mo or $79.99/yr) plans. It does not cover one-time content purchases, gift subscriptions, or third-party services linked from IN-KluSo.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. Refund eligibility:
- First 7 days of the first paid month: full refund on request — no questions asked, regardless of usage.
- After 7 days into a monthly billing cycle: no automatic refund. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next charge and you retain access through the current period.
- Duplicate or accidental charge: full refund on request, no time limit.
- Service failure: if the service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, a pro-rated refund is available on request.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discount versus the monthly rate. Refund eligibility:
- First 14 days of the first paid year: full refund on request.
- Days 15–60: pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the year, calculated to the day, minus a $9.99 processing fee.
- After day 60: no automatic refund. You retain access through the end of the paid year and may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
- Service failure or duplicate charge: handled per the same rules as monthly subscriptions (above).
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your subscription, with the subject line "Refund request". Include:
- The last 4 digits of the card or the Stripe receipt number from your billing email.
- A one-line reason (helps us improve — not required for first-7/14-day refunds).
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days after processing.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of first purchase, regardless of usage. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 14 days. This right co-exists with the policies above; whichever is more favorable to the subscriber applies.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the suspension of the subscription pending resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to active subscribers and posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges made before the effective date.
