Refund Policy

When and how IN-KluSo issues refunds for paid subscriptions across Flex, Member, and Insider tiers.

1. Scope

This policy covers refunds for paid IN-KluSo subscriptions billed by Inkluso LLC through Stripe — specifically the Flex ($1.99/mo or $19.99/yr), Member ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr), and Insider ($7.99/mo or $79.99/yr) plans. It does not cover one-time content purchases, gift subscriptions, or third-party services linked from IN-KluSo.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days after processing.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of first purchase, regardless of usage. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 14 days. This right co-exists with the policies above; whichever is more favorable to the subscriber applies.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the suspension of the subscription pending resolution.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to active subscribers and posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges made before the effective date.
