1. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your IN-KluSo subscription at any moment, for any reason. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment beyond the current billing period, and no required phone calls.
2. How to Cancel
- Go to the Klu dashboard and click Manage subscription, OR open the link from any IN-KluSo billing email.
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal (secured by Stripe).
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. Stripe will email you a confirmation receipt.
3. What Happens After You Cancel
- Access continues through the end of the current paid period. If you cancel on day 12 of a monthly cycle, you keep access through day 30.
- No further charges. Auto-renewal is turned off the moment you confirm.
- Reading history and Klu balance are preserved for 12 months in case you resubscribe.
- Premium content (Signal Deep, Insider-only) becomes locked when your access expires; free-tier articles remain accessible.
- Refunds for the current period follow the Refund Policy.
4. Reactivate
You can re-subscribe at any time. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your reading history, Klu balance, and any saved articles are restored automatically. Beyond 30 days, the account is preserved but some session-level state may not carry over.
5. Account Deletion (Right to Erasure)
Cancellation stops billing but keeps your account data. To delete your account and all personal data (under GDPR / CCPA), email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete account". We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, retaining only the minimum records required by tax law.
6. Annual Subscribers
Cancelling an annual subscription stops auto-renewal at the end of the current paid year. You keep access through the full paid year. For pro-rated mid-year refunds, see the Refund Policy (days 15–60 only).
