What is the SCI and why does it appear on every article?
⌄
The Signal Confidence Index is IN-KluSo's proprietary editorial scoring system. Every signal is scored across five dimensions before it publishes — evidence quality, mechanism clarity, lens coverage, uncertainty disclosure, and territory specificity. The score appears at the top of every article because credibility should be visible, not implied. Pieces below 0.65 don't run.
What are CRUMBS?
⌄
CRUMBS are minimum publishable units — data points, early signals, and fragments that are triangulated and mechanism-tested but not yet developed into full signal articles. They're always free. Think of them as the signal layer before the analysis layer.
What is the CI Tool and OPS Lab?
⌄
The CI Tool delivers Cultural Intelligence reports on specific cities and corridors — structural reads on a place before you enter or expand. OPS Lab produces operational briefings for specific business types and market contexts. Both are on-demand, delivered within 48–72 hours, and available to Operator tier members.
What is HumanKlu™?
⌄
HumanKlu™ is IN-KluSo's external content certification standard. Organizations submit content for scoring across the same five SCI dimensions — certified content earns the HumanKlu™ badge, a visible signal that the work meets a documented human standard. Operator members receive priority turnaround on certification submissions.
When do paid tiers launch?
